SD WORX INTIMATE CONCERTS

SD Worx sought to celebrate their SME division’s 15th anniversary with a night to remember. With proximity as a key value, SD Worx staff were asked to open up their homes and their living rooms to colleagues, customers and Belgian artists for the most intimate of experiences : a living room concert. 

Shadow to Live partnered with event agency The Oval Office and  played a key role in the success of the event, providing services such as art direction, artist booking and executive production.

We contacted more than 400 artists to organize 93 concerts at the same time in 93 different locations accross Belgium featuring artists such as Alice on the roof, Blanche, Jasper Steverlinck, Lous & The Yakuza, Puggy, Tourist le MC, Typh Barrow and many more.

The event sparked a lot of intimate connections and received multiple awards at the Bea World 2019, including 1st place Bea World Grand Prix, Musical Event and Corporate Celebration and 3rd place for Best B2B Event.
